Drew Pearce have now established a busy and well respected New Homes Department offering a full range of services to local, regional and national developers. We cater for a wide range of properties from chic city apartments and town houses to spacious luxury properties converted from within large institutional buildings in more rural locations.

Drew Pearce offers a very personal and bespoke service to developers from making them aware of development opportunities that have come to the market, to advising on acquisitions and assisting them with their purchase and planning including valuation advice, planning advice, survey and existing condition advice. In addition we are able to assist with specifications for the completed units, provide clear and concise marketing advice based on comparables within the area and the region in general together with detailed assistance with the setting up of management companies, overseeing the resultant communal areas.

Once planning permission has been obtained, Drew Pearce will provide assistance with sales off plan, completing a show home, and the subsequent marketing of the units to ensure a successful development. Drew Pearce are then able to remain in situ to administer the management company.
