Building Surveyor

Martyn qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1997 following a period of training initially in Devon and subsequently in Birmingham and Bristol. He has also worked in London and has experience of dealing with a range of property sectors including industrial, office, retail, hotel and leisure and residential.

Martyn is experienced in providing a range of professional building surveying services including pre acquisition surveys, dilapidations, building construction and refurbishment, CDM Co-ordinator and provides the services to a range of clients from Pension and Investment Property Fund Managers through to not for profit organisations and charities and including private individuals.

Outside interests include water sports and skiing, and an appreciation of the English countryside often accompanied by a pint of locally brewed ale.
