Mike’s career in residential estate agency began in 1986 when he joined an independent Exeter based firm for whom he subsequently managed branches in Wellington, Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth. In 1995 he moved to a larger company and ran branches in Dawlish and Torquay before taking on the role of Area Manager for South Devon. Mike is experienced in dealing with specialised new homes, auctions, land and planning issues and he has dealt extensively with quality homes in the higher price ranges.

Mike joined Drew Pearce in 2006 where he provides a bespoke marketing service for clients with individual residential property which includes initial marketing advice, preparation of brochures and advertising and the negotiation and monitoring of sales. He also works closely with a number of developer clients on the acquisition of sites and the subsequent new homes sales that result. Mike also works jointly with John Daborn on commercial agency instructions and he is currently Chairman of the Exeter Estate Agents Association.

Mike lives in Exeter with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys hill walking, all sports, and is an enthusiastic but not very good squash player!
