Martin joined the firm in 1972 after leaving college and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1974, becoming a partner in the firm in 1979. 

His practice covers a wide range of instructions including valuations, management and Expert Witness work.  Principally involved in residential and development properties, Martin also operates within the commercial and rural property spheres. 

Outside interests include sailing, walking and gardening.
